After reviewing the plans, <br /> Chairman asks if there are any comments from the Board. It is mentioned that we <br /> originally signed against this. Torn Fudala says that there is a dirt road that is not usual <br /> for subdivisions. It is decided to make an exception for the paves! road. <br /> Motion made by Martine to waive the too application fee. Seconded by Beverly. <br /> Unanimously passed. <br /> Motfon made by Martine to sign the proposed plans Note: Approval is given because it <br /> was requested by the land oourt. Seconded by Dennis. Unanimously passed. <br /> Mashpee Water District: Great Neck Rd. North <br /> Torn Fudala begins discussion of this issue by saying that this is not a legal issue. <br /> Chairman recognizes David Rich, operations Manager from the 11 ashpee Neater <br /> District. Mr. Rich says that there might have to be some minor removal of trees in the <br /> section of road between Quashnet and Meetinghouse. He says that an extension or <br /> postponement of enforcement will allow extra time to ensure they don't take down more <br /> trees than necessary. <br /> Chairman asks if there is anyone opposed to making this amendment on the floor. <br /> Beverly asks if making this effective December 31, would that open this area up to any <br /> other proposed projects. M.r. Rich sags that it would. <br /> Motion by Beverly to amend the scenic road zoning article f6r Great Neck Rd. North at <br /> the Torn Meeting; effective December 31 str 2000. Seconded by Dennis. Carries <br /> unanimously. <br />
