a s Town ofl)fashpee M Creat ,)\reek Road oNtorth . w McLglipee, Wassachusetts 036.19 MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS JANUARY 9, 2013 MINUTES The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room #1 at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North. Board Members Jonathan D. Furbush, Ronald S. Bonvie, James Reiffarth and Judith M. Horton, and Associate Member Domingo K. DeBarros were present. Board Member William A. Blaisdell, Associate Member John M. Dorsey, and Building Commissioner Richard E. Morgan were unable to attend. Chairman Jonathan D. Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m. and announced that the meeting was being televised live on local Mashpee television. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mr. Furbush said that the Board will hear the Petitioner's presentation; then the Board will have an opportunity to ask questions; any new correspondence will be read into the record; finally, the discussion will be opened for public comment. He said that the Board is interested in hearing anything new concerning the continued • Petitions. Mr. Furbush announced that the four Board Members and Associate Member would be sitting on the Petitions. Unable to attend the December 12, 2012 ZBA Public Hearings, Board Members James Reiffarth and Judith M. Horton submitted written certification that they examined evidence received at the missed session. This written certification complies with Article 21 of Chapter 39 of the General Laws §23D and shall become part of the record of this hearing. CONTINUED HEARINGS Nicholas S. and Ann K.
