The particular structure is in the Greenwood
Subdivision in an open space development.
The addition will create a master bedroom suite at the rear of the existing garage which
will allow the Petitioners to live on the first floor without having to go up and down
stairs. The lot situated consists of 12,832 square feet. It is also an irregularly shaped
parcel and angles to the rear property line. In addition, the intrusion of the cul-de-sac has
• essentially pushed the location of the building to the North West comer of the site.
The premise is situated in the R3 Zoning district, which calls for minimum of 40,000
square feet, and rear and side yard setbacks of 15 feet.
