Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on February 22, 2013 and <br /> March 1, 2013, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> On March 27, 2013, Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board were present and acting <br /> throughout: Board Members, Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, James <br /> Reiffarth, Judith Horton and Associates Members John M. Dorsey and Domingo K. <br /> DeBarros. Also present was Richard E. Morgan, Building Commissioner. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering represented the Petitioner and <br /> stated the plans depict the current dwelling, and the proposed new three-bedroom <br /> dwelling. <br /> This Petition was continued from March 13, 2013 by the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals requesting revised plot plans depicting actual dimensions and drainage soil <br /> calculations of the current dwelling submitted by John Slavinsky, Representative of Cape <br /> & Islands Engineering. <br /> The revised plot plans depict specific dimensions of the proposed containment <br /> wall, and the concrete retaining wall surrounding the proposed new single-family <br /> dwelling. (See attached). <br />
