MEETING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Jeffrey R. and Sheila Eydenberg, Trustees <br /> 16 Squaws Lane <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> SP-2013-07 <br /> implementation. For development under subsection B. (2), the permitting <br /> authority shall require the submission of sufficient plans and specifications to <br /> demonstrate the location, nature, operation and effectiveness of the proposed <br /> stormwater management facilities and practices and shall require their <br /> implementation and maintenance, including provisions for deed restrictions <br /> and other implementing provision, as a condition of approval of the proposed <br /> development. No permit may be approved for a development unless the <br /> authority determines in writing that the proposed system of stormwater <br /> management and artificial recharge will achieve the purposes described in <br /> subsection A. <br /> History: Amended 5-3-1999 ATM. Article 45, approved by Attorney General 7-29-1999. History: <br /> Amended 10-4-1999 ATM,Article 32,approved by Attorney General 1-11-2000. <br /> In view of the foregoing, The Board determined that the Petitioner met the criteria <br /> for a Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearing on <br /> March 27, 2013, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant a Special <br /> Permit to allow for the proposal. This Decision is conditioned upon the following: a <br /> masonry material wall be installed, (not wooden material) surrounds the property other <br /> than the concrete containment wall, and the proposed house reconstruction plan at 16 <br /> Squaws Lane prepared by Cape & Islands Engineering, 800 Falmouth Road Suite 301 C, <br /> Mashpee, MA, dated January 23, 2013 and revised March 20, 2013. <br /> This is also conditioned on the description of the Concrete Containment Wall, <br /> stamped by Richard James Bertrand, Professional Engineer, and three Hydrocad Reports. <br /> First, entitled Existing Runoff, Roof Runoff Only dated March 18, 2013, prepared by <br /> Cape & Island Engineering, a report entitled, Existing Runoff, Residential Area, dated <br /> March 18, 2013, prepared by Cape & Island Engineering and a report entitled, Existing <br /> Runoff, Residential Area, Lawn and Gravel Drive/Parlring, dated March 18, 2013, <br /> developed by Cape &Islands Engineering. <br /> 5 <br />
