MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE <br /> PETITION FOR A SPECIAL PERMIT <br /> SP-2013-12 <br /> At the Public Hearings on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit <br /> Conference Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee MA. <br /> The following Board Members were present: Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Vice <br /> Chairman, Williams A. Blaisdell, Clerk, Ronald S. Bonvie, Board Members, James <br /> Reiffarth and John M. Dorsey, and Associate Members Domingo K. DeBarros and <br /> Richard J. Jodka. Building Commissioner Richard E. Morgan was also present. <br /> At the July 24, 2013 Public Hearings, John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands <br /> Engineering representing Jeanne S. Mantel & Lewis Mantel, Trustees of Collinswood <br /> Trust submitted a formal signed letter of withdrawal without prejudice of the petition for <br /> a Special Permit (SP-2013-12), under Section 174-25.L9 of the Zoning Bylaws, on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 270 Monomoscoy Road, (Map 120, Parcel <br /> 58), Mashpee, MA. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board voted unanimously to accept the Petitioner's <br /> request to withdraw without prejudice of the petition for a Special Permit. <br /> 3 <br />
