MASIiPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> 100 Simons Road (Map 62 Parcel 169) <br /> Mashpee, Ma 02649 <br /> VARIANCE-2013-1 S <br /> General Findings: <br /> The subject property is located at 100 Simons Road and consists of 16,905 square <br /> feet of land. <br /> Specific Findings: <br /> The Board determined that: <br /> 1. The Planning Board Decision Special Permit Modification No. 29 was <br /> approved on May 15, 2013 and on record as part of this Decision. <br /> 2. There were minor modifications to the interior but do not affect the <br /> appearance of the building. <br /> 3. The architectural plans are approved on record as part of this Decision. <br /> 4. The Petitioner will be required to meet with the Director of Assessing and <br /> discuss the address and ownership change. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the <br /> criteria for grant of a Variance. Upon motion duly made and seconded, The <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously at the Public Hearings on June 12, <br /> 2013 to grant a Variance of four (4) feet height requirements and a Variance for <br /> the number of stories allowed for the proposal. <br /> This Decision is conditioned upon compliance with the architectural plans <br /> prepared by Jeffrey Yates, Architects LLC — 2013 dated May 22, 2013, front <br /> elevation 1 inch = 8 feet typical three story flat style Willowbend Village <br /> Mashpee, MA.
