MacLeod and Book# 9045 Page 112 <br /> Donna L. MacLeod Plan#242 Page 18 F-3 <br /> 28 Fiddler Crab Lane <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> A Petition was filed on May 17, 2013 for Bryan D. MacLeod and Donna <br /> L. MacLeod for a Special Permit under Section 174-20 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> concerning rebuilding of destroyed or damaged non-conforming structures to <br /> allow for rebuilding of a single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 <br /> Zoning District at 28 Fiddler Crab Lane (Map 105 Parcel 99), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on June 7, <br /> 2013 and June 14, 2013 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> On June 26, 2013 Public Hearings were held on this Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at which time the following Board members were present, <br /> Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, Ronald S. Bonvie, Judith Horton, <br /> John Dorsey, and Associate Members, Domingo K. DeBarros, and Richard Jodka. <br /> Also present was Richard Morgan, Building Commissioner. Board Member <br /> James Reiffarth was absent. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to <br /> the provision of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of <br /> Mashpee Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Steven Cook, owner of Cotuit Bay and Design, LLC, represented the <br /> petitioner requesting to raze and replace their pre-existing non-conforming <br /> structure located in the New Seabury section of Mashpee, MA. <br /> 1 <br />
