Reardon <br /> 36 Nick Trail (Map 117 Parcel 299) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2013-20 <br /> Specific Written Findings: <br /> The Board determined that the proposal shall not be substantially more <br /> detrimental than the existing non-conforming structure or use to the <br /> neighborhood, as defined under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws, and <br /> contingent upon the following: <br /> • The existing shed will be moved for the installation of the septic tank and <br /> pump chamber and reinstalled in the same location. <br /> • The Variance request on the plot plan is addressed to the Board of Health. <br /> • Board of Health approval as noted by the Assistant Health Agent, stating <br /> the property is in Zone II — Plans submitted and approved for a three <br /> bedroom dwelling. <br /> • Has adequate parking. <br /> In view of the following, the Board determined the Petition met the criteria for <br /> a Written Finding. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearing on <br /> June 26, 2013, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant a Written <br /> Finding to allow for the proposal.
