t <br />Town of Nashpee <br />s fi <br />a 161 Great Aeck Road Nbrth <br />• ° Mashpeej Massachusetts 02&49 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />JUNE 26, 2013 <br />MINUTES <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, June 26, 2013, <br />at 6:00 p.m. in the Ockway Conference Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck <br />Road North. Board Members present were Jonathan D. Furbush, Chairman, William A. <br />Blaisdell, Vice Chairman, Ronald S. Bonvie, Clerk, Judith Horton, Board Member, John M. <br />Dorsey, Associate Members, Domingo K. DeBarros, and Richard Jodka. Building <br />Commissioner, Richard Morgan was also present. Board Member, James Reiffarth was <br />absent. <br />Mr. Furbush announced that Board Member Judith Horton is resigning from the Zoning Board <br />of Appeals. Judy started as an Associate Member in January, 2011 and became a Full Board <br />Member in May, 2012. We wish her well on her future endeavors. Mr. Furbush also <br />announced Jack Dorsey, became a Full Board Member on June 11, 2013. <br />• <br />Joseph P. and Jean E. Gennaco: Request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning <br />By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension or alteration of a pre- <br />existing, non -conforming structure to raze and replace a dwelling located on property in an R- <br />3 Zoning District at 46 Kim Path (Map 117 Parcel 94) Mashpee, MA. <br />Joseph P. and Jean E. Gennaco: Request a Written Finding under §174-20 of the Zoning <br />By-laws concerning rebuilding of destroyed or damaged non -conforming structures to allow <br />for rebuilding of a single-family dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 46 <br />Kim Path (Map 117 Parcel 94). <br />Sitting on this continued hearing are Board Members Mr. Furbush, Mr. Blaisdell, Mr. Bonvie, <br />Mr. Dorsey and Associate Member, Mr. Jodka. <br />Attorney Kevin Kirrane representing the petitioners stated the Board requested additional <br />information at the prior meeting of updated plans regarding the water runoff and Board of <br />Health approval for the installation of the septic system. A revised plan was submitted and <br />shows the location and construction of dry wells. A contractor obtained a septic installation <br />permit entitled "Disposal Works Construction Permit" which was submitted and approved by <br />the Board of Health. Mr. Kirrane stated he was advised by the consulting engineer to move <br />the structure back slightly because of the septic location; instead of 25.7 feet, it is now 26 feet <br />off of Kim Path.
