<br />Bill Blaisdell seconded the motion to approve, yes, Mr. Furbush, yes, Mr. Bonvie, yes, Ms.
<br />Horton, yes, and Mr. Jodka, yes. All were in favor.
<br />Other Business:
<br />Vote on Extension of 36 Savannas Path-Cotuit Solar
<br />Mr. Furbush announced to rearrange the order "other business" to accommodate the abutters,
<br />John and Nicole Bartlett who were present to hear the vote extension of 36 Savannas Path-
<br />Cotuit Solar. They are concerned with Cotuit Solar's future landscaping proposal. Mr. Bartlett
<br />mentioned he had a discussion with Cotuit Solar but no formal plans were submitted. Mr.
<br />Furbush mentioned they need to have the area surveyed and are behind.
<br />Ms. Horton read the 60 -day request for extension from Cotuit Solar, 36 Savannas Path,
<br />Mashpee, MA. Mr. Furbush made a motion to accept the 60 -day extension, Bill Blaisdell,
<br />seconded, yes, Votes: Mr. Bonvie, yes, Ms. Horton, yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes, Mr. Dorsey, yes,
<br />Mr. Jodka yes. All were in favor.
<br />Approve June 12, 2013 Meeting Minutes:
<br />Judith Horton made a motion to approve the June 12, 2013 meeting minutes, Bill Blaisdell,
<br />seconded the motion, yes, Jonathan Furbush, yes, Ron Bonvie, yes, Dom DeBarros, yes, John
<br />Dorsey, yes, and Richard Jodka, yes. All were in favor.
<br />Re -organization of the Zoning Board of Appeals:
<br />Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to nominate and appoint Jonathan Furbush as Chairman, Mr.
<br />Ranald-BunviV, seconded-themotion, Votes: Ms. Juuc ith orton, yes, iDomingo ee arros,
<br />yes, Mr. John Dorsey, yes, Mr. Richard Jodka, yes. All were in favor.
<br />Mr. Jonathan Furbush made a motion to nominate and appoint Mr. William Blaisdell as Vice
<br />Chairman, Mr. Ronald Bonvie, seconded the motion, Votes: Ms. Judith Horton, yes, Mr.
<br />Domingo DeBarros, yes, Mr. John Dorsey, yes, Mr. Richard Jodka, yes. All were in favor.
<br />Mr. Jonathan Furbush made a motion to nominate and appoint Mr. Ronald Bonvie as Clerk,
<br />Mr. William Blaisdell, seconded the motion. Votes: Judith Horton, yes, Mr. DeBarros, yes,
<br />Mr. Dorsey, yes, Mr. Jodka, yes. All were in favor.
<br />Mr. Blaisdell made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Jodka seconded the motion, Votes:
