Site Visit - Windchime Point condominiums <br /> February 1, 2003 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board conducted an on- <br /> site visit at Windchime Point condominiums on Saturday, <br /> February 1, 2003, at I1 :oo a .m. Said Meeting having been <br /> duly advertised and made known to the public. The <br /> Chairman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Board Members present : Dennis Balarini, Nice <br /> Chairman; Steve Dolan, clerk; Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don <br /> Myers.; and Richard Terry. <br /> Also present: Thomas Fdala, Town Planner; and Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner. <br /> Windchime Point condominium Representatives : Stuart <br /> Bornstein; dike Nadzeika. <br /> Site visit <br /> Due- to inclement weather the decision was made to view <br /> the site from vehicles . <br /> Vehicle #1 - Mr. Bornstein, Dennis Balarini, Beverly <br /> Kane, Don Myers, and Planning Board Secretary, <br /> Phase II <br /> Mr. Born-stein referenced the following: Preference <br /> for one-car garages; trellises/English Ivy and Roses; <br /> Energy Star Rated- D energy savings by using quality <br /> insulation, lighting and windows; buildings are tight, <br /> diversity of building positions; flags at outer corners of <br /> the buildings; intent to save the large trees, remove <br /> scrub, save everything in front o-f buildings . <br /> In order to save as many of the large trees as <br /> possible, the Chairman asked about the possibility o <br /> retaining Walls in the back, if needed. <br /> 1 <br />
