The Chairman listed Board concerns to be the road - <br /> rough cut, staling of homes, forested area -- most of the <br /> trees appear to be small in size with some large trees <br /> interspersed. <br /> Dennis Balarini made reference to the sloped area on <br /> the left-hand side, suggesting a retaining wall is needed <br /> in the depressed area. <br /> Mr. Bornstein replied the area is to be left natural, <br /> no wall is intended, there is no reason for a wall . <br /> Plan <br /> Dennis Bal arini expressed concern that developer <br /> would clear-cut the area . <br /> Mr. Bornstein started they would attempt to ]peep all <br /> the trees and that they would not clear--cut unles-s they <br /> feel it is necessary to do so. <br /> The Town Planner expressed concern regarding the <br /> density of Phase II and- the close proximity to the street, <br /> as well as the on street parking. <br /> Mr. Bornstein stated the building locations. in Phase <br /> III are set farther back, away from the line. <br /> The Chairman inquired as to the status of water <br /> quality, wastewater monitoring wells reports. <br /> The Town Planner stated no reports have been submitted <br /> within the- last couple of years . <br /> The Chairman requested said reports be provided to the <br /> Planning Department as required. <br /> r_ Bornstein stated he would provide said reports t <br /> the Planning Office by Tuesday of the following week. <br /> The- Town Planner reported on the determination by both <br /> Town Counsel and the Building Inspector that tennis courts <br /> are not considered to be structures . Not counting the <br /> tennis courts, the project i-s over by 7-8, 000 square feet <br /> (garages and .porches) . <br /> 3 <br />
