i <br /> 7 <br /> i Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> i <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> February 5, 2003 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Roam - -1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road Forth, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 7 : 05 p.m. The <br /> Chairman, Beverly bane, presided. <br /> Board Members present: Dennis Balarini_, Nice <br /> Chairman; Steve Dolan, Clerk; Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don <br /> Myers; and Richard Terry (7 :33 p.m. ) . <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, <br /> Assistant Town .Planner.; and Charles Rowley, consulting <br /> Engineer. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first crater of business she addressed the <br /> following matter: <br /> Prelirnir�ar Plan <br /> C. T lanian Realty Co. - Baxter, Nye & Holmgren <br /> Route 2 - Assessors.' Map 88, Blocks 79- 9 <br /> Submission of Preliminary Plan <br /> The Chairman recognized Matthew Eddy, Civil Engineer, <br /> Baxter, Nye & Holmgren, who made the submission for <br /> preliminary subdivision plan, commercial street road <br /> construction through the Mashpee Industrial Park. <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to accept said <br /> submission. <br /> The Consulting Engineer submitted a letter dated <br /> February 5. 2003, regarding Town of Mashpee Planning Board <br /> - Talanian Preliminary subdivision, commercial street, <br /> Mashpee Industrial Parr, signed Charles Rowley, PE, RLS, <br /> Items 1 - 4 . <br /> The Consulting Engineer was provided with a plan <br /> showing drainage layout for his review. The Town Planner <br /> reminded Applicant that a Boa-rd of Health vote is required <br /> prior to Planning Board decision. <br /> 1 <br />
