<br />MINUTES
<br />•No representative of Cotuit Solar was present at the meeting however, the Board received
<br />a letter from Cotuit Solar dated July 19, 2013, referencing 36 Savannas Path -Petition for
<br />Variance and Special Permit stating the following: "I, Conrad Geyser, Principal of Cotuit
<br />Solar, would like to withdraw our application for variance and special permit for 36
<br />Savannas Path without prejudice so that we may complete required subdivision
<br />modification process via the Planning Board to establish the needed 200' of road
<br />frontage, signed by Conrad Geyser."
<br />John Dorsey made a motion to accept Cotuit Solar's withdrawal without prejudice, Bill
<br />Blaisdell, seconded the motion, yes, Votes: Jonathan Furbush, yes, Ron Bonvie, yes,
<br />James Reiffarth, yes, All were in favor.
<br />Jeanne S. Mantel & Lewis Mantel, Trustees: Request a Special Permit under §174-
<br />25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws to allow for construction of a landing, stairs, pier, ramp and
<br />float extending across a total of more than seventy feet of coastal beach, coastal bank, salt
<br />marsh, or bordering vegetated wetlands and/or coastal wetlands, freshwater wetlands,
<br />swamps or marshes on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 270 Monomoscoy
<br />Road (Map 120, Parcel 58), Mashpee, MA. (Continued from July 10, 2013 Public
<br />Hearings at the request of the petitioner).
<br />Sitting on this hearing is Jon Forbush, Bill Blaisdell, Ron Bonvie, John Dorsey, and
<br />Richard Jodka.
<br />John Slavinsky, from Cape & Islands representing Lewis and Jeanne Mantel requested a
<br />withdrawal of the petition for Special Permit under § 174-25.1.9.
<br />John Dorsey made a motion to accept Jeanne S. and Lewis Mantel's withdrawal without
<br />prejudice of the application for 270 Monomoscoy Road under §174-25.I.9. Bill Blaisdell
<br />seconded the motion, yes, Votes: Jonathan Furbush, yes, Ron Bonvie, yes, Richard
<br />Jodka, yes. All were in favor.

<br />25.E (5) of the Zoning By-laws stating Marinas, including sales and repair of boats and
<br />related supplies on property located in an R-3 Zoning District at 270 Monomoscoy Road
<br />(Map 120, Parcel 58), Mashpee, MA. (Continued from July 10, 2013 Public Hearings at
<br />the request of the petitioner).

<br />Bill Blaisdell made a motion to accept Jeanne and Lewis Mantel's withdrawal without

<br />• Richard Jodka, yes. All were in favor.
