Mantel & Lewis Mantel Registry of Deeds Title: <br /> Trustees of the Collinswood Trust Book: 27160 Page: 92 <br /> 270 Monomoscoy Road <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> (Map 120 Parcel 58) <br /> A Petition was filed on July 17, 2013 by Jeanne S. Mantel and Lewis Mantel, <br /> Trustees of the Collinswood Trust requesting a Special Permit under Section 174-25.H (7) <br /> of the Zoning By-laws to allow for construction of a dock where the lot cannot be <br /> developed with a principle residential use,provided there be no commercial use or storage, <br /> no sanitary facilities, no storage outside of buildings, no structure exceed fifteen (15) feet <br /> in height and meet the applicable setback and lot coverage requirements on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District at 270 Monomoscoy Road. (Map 120, Parcel 58), <br /> Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on July 26, 2013 and August 2, 2013, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> On August 14, 2013 Public Hearings were held on this Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall at which time the following Board members were present,Jonathan D.Furbush, <br /> William A. Blaisdell, James Reiffarth, Ronald S. Bonvie, and Associate Members, <br /> Domingo K. DeBarros, and Richard Jodka. Also present was Richard Morgan, Building <br /> Commissioner, Board Member John M. Dorsey was absent. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> The Board Members acting on this hearing were Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. <br /> Blaisdell, Ronald S. Bonvie, Associate Members, Domingo K. DeBarros and Richard <br /> Jodka. <br /> John Slavinsky of Cape & Islands Engineering representing the applicants <br /> requested a withdrawal of the Petition §174-25.H (7) because he did not have accurate <br /> plans.
