As the first order of business she addressed the <br /> matter of Minutes . <br /> Minutes <br /> MOTION: Don. Myers- made a Motion to approve t h e <br /> Minutes of December 18, 2002 with the following two <br /> corrections, page 11 "Windchime Point Trustees" and page 13 <br /> "Arabic Avenue"; which Motion was- duly -seconded by Dennis <br /> Bal aririi and so voted unanimously, <br /> Approval_ Not Required Plan <br /> Willobend country Club, Inc. <br /> The Chairman recognized Thomas Hardman, representing <br /> Willow bend Country club, Inc. , who presented two (2) <br /> revised m lar copies for Planning Board review and <br /> signature. <br /> The Board determined the zoning district appears on <br /> the plan as requested required. <br /> The Assistant Town Planner stated proper application <br /> fees have been paid. <br /> North Glen Drive <br /> 1 <br />
