Chapter 40A §10 to vary the <br /> square foot requirements on property located in an R-5 Zoning District at 104 Pimlico Pond <br /> Road, (Map 3 Parcel 1) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on August 9, 2013 and August 16, 2013 a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> On August 28, 2013, Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board were present and acting <br /> throughout: Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Vice Chairman,William A. Blaisdell, Clerk, <br /> Ronald S. Bonvie, Board Member, James Reiffarth, Associate Members, Domingo K. <br /> DeBarros and Richard Jodka. <br /> Attorney Robert F. Mills representing the applicant submitted a letter dated August <br /> 19, 2013 requesting an extension until the Public Hearings dated September 11, 2013. The <br /> Board voted to accept the applicant's letter of extension and is attached to this Decision. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> On September 11, 2013, Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall at which time the following member of the Board were present and acting <br /> throughout: Vice Chairman, William A. Blaisdell, Cleric, Ronald S. Bonvie, Board <br /> Member James Reiffarth, and Associate Members Domingo K. DeBarros and Richard <br /> Jodka. Building Commissioner, Richard Morgan was also present. <br /> Attorney Robert Mills,represented his client Mary Anne McGonagle,the owner of <br /> the parcel located at 104 Pimlico Pond Road. Mr. Mills provided a historical prospective <br /> of the lot and general area as support in her application for a Variance. <br /> 1 <br />
