• <br />• <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />AUGUST 28, 2013 <br />MINUTES <br />Changes, extensions or alterations of non -conforming single- or two-family dwelling <br />structures which do not meet the applicable dimensional requirements as set forth above, <br />and changes, extensions or alterations of all other non -conforming structures, or non- <br />conforming uses, may not be made unless there is a Written Finding by the Zoning Board <br />of Appeals that such change, extension or alteration shall: <br />• not be substantially more detrimental than the existing non -conforming <br />structure or use to the neighborhood, <br />• There is adequate land area to provide sufficient parking and setbacks as <br />may be required. <br />Bill Blaisdell second the motion, yes. Votes: Jon Furbush, yes, Jim Reiffarth yes, Dom <br />DeBarros, yes. All were in favor. <br />Mashpee Commons: Jobs -Whitings Trust: Vote on Request for Extension of the 40B <br />Comprehensive Permit granted to Jobs -Whitings Trust. <br />The Board signed an approved the request for extension as submitted referencing their <br />letter dated Friday, August 16, 2013. Jonathan made note there are only four (4) board <br />members present. Bill Blaisdell made a motion to approve Mashpee Commons: Jobs - <br />Whitings Trust request for extension through November 30, 2014. Votes: Jonathan <br />Furbush, yes, James Reiffarth, yes, and Dom DeBarros, yes. <br />65 Seconsett Point Road: Vote on request for extension continued hearing scheduled <br />Wednesday, September 11, 2013. <br />Bill Blaisdell made a motion to accept the request for extension, yes; Votes: Jon Furbush, <br />yes, Ron Bonvie, yes, Jim Reiffarth, yes, and Dom DeBarros, yes.
