At that point said plan would be filed with the <br /> - - _ T-own Clerk and. ;at which. point__the .pr.ocess. -would-begin-. <br /> Steve Dolan- expressed concern that Applicant continues- <br /> to provide- plans/information at the last minute . The Board <br /> would appr ciate advance notification in order to properly <br /> Bread and review materials . He discouraged Applicant from <br /> providing 1:n-formation the night of the meeting. <br /> Mr. Quinn expla-ined there have been a lot of <br /> corrections, changes-, and negotiations involved in <br /> pteparihg the plans . There has been constant diAloque for <br /> several weeps, in all areas, with. all of the architects and <br /> engineers involved. <br /> The Chairman agreed there seems to be much difficulty <br /> involved in receiving plans from the Applicant. She <br /> suggested that the Applicant is responsible, in pa 't, for <br /> any delays. <br /> She inquired as to constrictions regarding Planning <br /> Board responsibility for Phase II, prior to t-aing action <br /> this evening. she mentioned the inspection and sign off of <br /> the -completion of Phase II, prior to approval of- any <br /> building of Phase III . <br /> 9 <br />
