r. Quinn stated he would provide the following to the <br /> Board - Phase 1A, post office; Phase 1B, garage building <br /> and request for driveway char e <br /> Three new Conditions - #1 Numbering, Mr. Quinn <br /> reported on a letter of agreement with the Trustees on a <br /> cost share basis whereby a committee has been organized t <br /> investigate matters of signage . <br /> The Chairman clarified that this matter must be <br /> addressed in conjunction with the Fire and Police <br /> Departments, as well. -a-s the Town Clerk in order to assure <br /> public safety. <br /> The Town Planner reported the preference of the Fir <br /> Chief is building numbers a-nd alphabetical unit <br /> identification. <br /> Ir. Quinn- insisted Appl-i-cant no longer has any control <br /> over Phase 1A or Phase 1B., <br /> The Town Planner clarified the Trustees would continue <br /> to be subject to the SpecialPermit/Planning Soard as <br /> successor to the title,. <br /> r. Quinn stated for the Record that as soon as <br /> Apt l i-can-t receives a proposed plan from the Trustees, they <br /> would act upon it immediately. <br /> The Chairman directed the previous speaker to. the last <br /> sentence of Condition #1 for Understanding and <br /> clarification of the requirement.. She explained the <br /> numbering system must be consistent throughout the entire <br /> project, the responsibility for which lies with both the <br /> Applicant and the Trustees. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the word "...if" be inserted <br /> into the sentence, in the event Applicant/Trustees cannot <br /> reach a mutual agreement in this matter. <br /> "...The Developer in conjunction with Windchi e Point <br /> Trustees..." <br /> Addition of a sentence to the effect that in the event <br /> the Developer makes his west effort to accomplish certain <br /> numbering and is unable to implement this requirement, the <br /> requirement may be waived. <br /> 7 <br />
