He also asked i <br /> the number of accessory use projects should be limited. <br /> Lee Gurney suggested the following language, "'One <br /> accessory dwelling unit in an existing structure. " <br /> After much discussion the Board agreed that the <br /> Assistant Town Planner had done an excellent job in <br /> preparing this proposal; some of the language needs to be <br /> adjusted. <br /> Town counsel. Written o 'nent <br /> The chairman provided copies dated May 1 , 2003, <br /> regarding Article 27, Annual Town Meeting, from Theresa M. <br /> Dowdy, Kopelman and Paige, P.C. , which supports the <br /> decision made a"t Town Meeting, <br /> The chairman encouraged discussion/suggestions with <br /> reference to procedure when making "No Recommendation" . <br /> . <br /> (Richard Terry left the Meeting at this point, 9 :5 <br /> The chairman requested from the Board Secretary that <br /> portion of the Minutes for the May 5, 2003 Meeting at which <br /> the Vote to make no recommendation was made. She <br /> volunteered to draft a letter to Town counsel as well as t <br /> discuss this action with the Town Administrator for her <br /> input. <br /> The Board also encouraged the Town Planner to pursue <br /> an opinion from the state Zoning expert. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to. <br /> address, the; hairan entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bat arini made ar Motion to adjourn the <br /> Meeting; which Motion was seconded by Don Myers and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> 12 <br />
