He <br /> made reference to the Garage Plan to which changes have <br /> been made. <br /> The Town Planner noted there -is no actual plan for the <br /> parking lot/engineering. <br /> ]r. Quinn stated the landscaping plans around the <br /> proposed garage are incomplete. He requested feedback on <br /> two outstanding items, the front entry and drainage. <br /> The Town Planner responded a detailed plan of the <br /> front entryway is required for proper review. The sketch <br /> that was submitted does not show sufficient detail/parking <br /> _ . -space -inforation.. - --- - - - -- - - -- - - <br /> The Assistant Town Planner explained that as of this <br /> morning the Consulting Engineer had not yet been provided <br /> with plans/drainage calculations from the Applicant . <br /> Mr. Quinn stated he would provide the following <br /> information for the next Meeting - Two drawn parting spaces <br /> at the front entryway, crosswalk, and a landscaping -plan. <br /> He also stated -he would contact the Planning Staff prior t <br /> the next Meeting in order to insure that all required <br /> materials have been provided. <br /> t this point the chairman requested Applicant to <br /> provide materials to the Board in advance of the Meetings <br /> for their review. <br /> The Town Planner called upon Marty O' Malley, who <br /> represents the Trustees, to speak to the construction <br /> entrance matter. <br /> Mr. O'Malley explained this matter would be addressed <br /> at some future point to be shown on a plan in connection <br /> with Phase III .
