The appointed hour having arrived the- Chairman called <br /> the Public Bearing to order. she recognized Marty <br /> O'Malley, representing the Trustees of Windchime Point <br /> condo .irium. <br /> Deference was made to a plan entitled, "'Wind chime <br /> Condominium Site Plan, Revisions ions to Phase 1A & 1B, revised <br /> June 30, 200 " . <br /> In the -event that everything is in order, Mr. O'Malley <br /> requested Board approval of the revised site Plan. <br /> The Town Planner provided a draft Modification to <br /> Special Permit Decision. He made reference to the various <br /> Findings, which conform to building square footage <br /> { . 9 , and impervious surface coverage (5 , 7 ) . <br /> There is some uncertainty as to the exact size of the <br /> garage. The Site Plan shows the ]wilding as 20 -2 , 400 <br /> s q. ft . <br /> The Town Planner expressed concern regarding the <br /> design of the parking area at the garage (inadequate back- <br /> up. space) -,- a.nd --t-he. -par- ing- ,space -des i gn- -in f ront- of ..the- - - -_ <br /> post office . <br /> Dennis Balarini also epre"ssed safety concerns for <br /> the parting area at the post office. <br /> Mr. O'Malley stated several times that he is unaware <br /> f any safety issues and that the present location of the <br /> post office is convenient for the unit owners and that they <br /> would not be inclined to relocate the building <br /> The consulting Engineer informed the Board that he <br /> received the package of information from the developer the <br /> previous day and ha-s . t yet had an opportunity to review <br /> the drainage calculation �. <br /> The Town Planner uggested the Board temporarily <br /> approve the post office, subject to widening the pavement, <br /> and requiring the developer to provide a long-term plan to <br /> the Board or to somehow connect this matter to Phase III . <br /> The Board agreed with this suggestion. The Town <br /> Planner volunteered to draft new language into the <br /> Decision. He suggested the developer reconfigure the <br />
