Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> July 2, 2003 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room 1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road North, Ma tepee, Massachusetts at : 05 p.m. The <br /> h _lrman, Beverly Kane, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present : Dennis Balarini, Nice <br /> Chairman; Steve Dolan: Lee Gurney, Associate Member; <br /> Beverly Kane, Chairman; Don Myers, Clerk (7 : 10 p.m. ) ; and <br /> Richard Terry :2 p.m. ) . <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric <br /> Smith, Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, <br /> Consulting Engineer. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business she- addressed -the <br /> matter of Minutes . <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion -to approve -the <br /> Minutes of April 23, 2003 as amended (page 11 "in" and page <br /> 12 "remove") ; which Motion was seconded by Steve Dolan and <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required Plan <br /> New Seabury Properties LL BBS Design <br /> and <br /> Definitive. Plan- <br /> Bayswater Development LL /Earth Tech <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that the two New <br /> Beabury plans were procedurally denied by the Cape Cod' <br /> Corrmmi5sion on June 1 th. New Seabury has agreed In waiting <br /> to an extension to August 2 7,th, as well as to waiving <br /> any/all rights to constructive approval . <br /> Town Counsel has advised it may not be necessary- to <br /> take tale any action as the matter may remain within the <br /> j uri.sdiction of the Cape Cod Commission. The Commission <br /> has not yetfiled a Decision. <br /> 1 <br />
