The appointed hour having arrived, the Chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to order. She recognized <br /> David Crispin, Civil. Bnginee.r, BC Group who presented and <br /> made reference to a plan of land entitled, "'Christopher <br /> Lane Definitive subdivision-Christopher Lane in Mashpee, MA <br /> (Barnstable County) Grading Plan, dated June 3, 2003, <br /> prepared for Chris Johnson by BSC Group" . <br /> Mr. Crispin explained the matter to be a re- <br /> subdivision, the original subdivision having been designed <br /> approximately twenty-five gears ago. He spore to those <br /> lots which have been sold, the street right of way, and the <br /> .road layout changes that have been made in order to create <br /> six new lots . <br /> Mr. Crispin pointed -out the two exceptions that do not <br /> comply with the subdivision regulations . The centerline <br /> radius does not parallel the stret layout. The angle is <br /> one half a degree off the minimum requirement . However, he <br /> feels the roadway is safe with adequate site distance in <br /> both directions making for a safe intersection. He made <br /> reference to storm drainage, road layout, catch basins and <br /> groundwater recharge retention basin. A leaching pit has <br /> - been- in c luded-:. - -Town-- ratter ks being- -proposed-; both. existing- - <br /> and proposed hydrants were pointed out. <br /> The Town Planner indicated zoning violation, roof <br /> drainage being directed into a leaching pit . He suggested <br /> it be directed into a grasser area instead. <br /> (Richard 'ferry arrived at the Meeting at this point <br /> 7 : 0 p.m. ) <br /> Mr. Crispin made reference to his letter dated July 2, <br /> 2003, addressed to the Mashpee Planning Board, regarding <br /> the Christopher Lane subdivision, in response to a- memo <br /> from the Consulting Engineer of the same date . <br /> The Town Planner made reference to a -memo received <br /> from the DPW Director dated June 16th indicating upon <br /> Planning Board review Applicant would be required to obtain <br /> a curb cut permit onto Quinaquisset Avenue, and that a Five <br /> Thousand ( , o 0 0. 0 0) Dollar Bond will be required upon <br /> filing the application. <br /> The Town Planner requested further explanation of the <br /> drainage design and denitrif ication of stormwater. <br />
