Town Iwashee P(anning Board <br /> V <br /> 6 Great NectRoadNortho Mashpee, MC 02649 <br /> IIAEE Te ep hone 539-14 0 0 eXt. 520 • FaX 08)53 9-14 0 <br /> Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Amendments to Subdivision Rules and Regulations <br /> Pursuant to Massachusetts-General Laws' , Chapter 4 1, Section 81 Q, the Mashpee Plan-ni-ng Board <br /> conducted a public hearing regarding the following proposed amendments to the Board's Bales <br /> and Regulati.ons Governing ain the Subdivision a n on Wednesday, September 1 , 2003 at 7:30 <br /> p.m. in the Mashpec Town Hall. The Board voted 3 to 0 to approve the following <br /> amendments: + <br /> Add the.following new Subsection VI.A. . <br /> " . A listing, ccrtified by the l la hpee Assessors' Office, of the names and mailing addresses,of <br /> the owners of all properties located within 300 feet ofthe boundary of the parcels) to be <br /> subdivided, as appearing in the most recent tax list, along with three sets of mailing <br /> labels for all ofsaid Hers." <br /> In Subsection I.1 ., replace the phrase "and to all owners of land abutting upon the land <br /> included in such plan' with the phrase and to the owners.of all properties located within 300 <br /> feet--of-the-boundary of the"par l(s-)'t b i di id d": - <br /> Replace Subsection I.F. , with-the following: <br /> "I Names and addresses of all abutters, as well as the owners of any land directly across any <br /> street from the proposed subdivision, as determined from the most recent tax list."" <br /> In Section XII, amend the sentence which currently reads "In addition to the above fees, the <br /> applicant will be.responsible for the cost of postage for mailing of required notices to abutters." <br /> To read `'In addition to the above fees, the applicant will be responsible for the cost of postage <br /> for mailing of required notices to the owners of all properties located within .300 feet of the <br /> boundary of the parcels to be subdivided."' <br /> Submitted b <br /> Beverly A.
