The Town Planner reported the Town Clerk has signed <br /> off on this matter, no appeals have been filed, and <br /> protective covenant has been recorded. <br /> Dennis Balarini, Steve Dolan, and Beverly Kane signed <br /> the Mylar and copies of said Plan. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Amendment of Subdivision Regulations <br /> Notice Requirement for Public Hearings <br /> The appointed hour having arrived, the chairman called <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to order. She read the <br /> Public Hearing Notice into the record: "Pursuant to Kass . <br /> Gen. Laws Ch. 41 section 81Q the Mashpee Planning Board will <br /> conduct a Public Hearing regarding the following proposed <br /> amendments to the Board' s Rules and Regulations governing <br /> the subdivision of land on Wednesday, September 17, 2003, <br /> at 7 : 3o p.m. at Mashpee Town Hall. . Proposed Amendments - <br /> add the following new subsection Ay- , 1 - A listing <br /> certified by the Mashpee Assessors office of the names and <br /> mailing addresses of the owners of all properties located <br /> within 300-feet of the boundary of the parcels to be <br /> -sub iiv-ided- .a- -apl earing in -the -most- 'recent -tax- list along <br /> with 3-sets of mailing labels for all of said owners. In <br /> subsection rD T replace the phrase `...and to all owners of <br /> land abutting upon the land included in such plan...' with <br /> the phrase '...and to the owners of all properties located <br /> within 0 -feet of the boundary of the parcels to be <br /> subdivided' . replace subsection 6F-3 with the following, <br /> 13 - names and addresses of all abutters as well as the <br /> owners of any land directly across any street from the <br /> proposed subdivision as determined from the most recent tax <br /> list' . In section 12, amend the sentence which currently <br /> reads, ...in addition to the above fees the Applicant will <br /> be responsible for the cost of postage for mailing o <br /> required notices to abutters' to read `...in addition to the <br /> above fees the Applicant will be responsible for the cost <br /> of postage for mailing of required notices to the owners of <br /> all properties located within 300-feet of the boundary of <br /> the parcels to be subdivided' .
