Own of Alashpee16 Great Xmk 41gad ��roi <br />�`ew,, a� lklashpee, lYlnssa'elrusetis'02fi <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />SEPTEMBER 11, 2013 <br />MINUTES <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, September <br />11, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Conference Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 <br />Great Neck Road North. Board Members William A. Blaisdell, James Reiffarth, Ronald S. <br />Bonvie, and Associate Member, Domingo K. DeBarros and Richard Jodka, and Building <br />Commissioner Richard E. Morgan. Board Member Jonathan Furbush was absent. <br />Vice Chairman, William Blaisdell opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced the <br />meeting was being televised live on local Mashpee television. All Board Members were <br />acting throughout. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />• CONTINUED HEARING <br />Katharine F. and Brown Lingamfelter: Request a Written Finding under Article V §174- <br />17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension <br />or alteration of a pre-existing, non -conforming structure to construct a small addition and <br />detached boathouse with two bedrooms on property in an R-3 Zoning District at 65 <br />Seconsett Point Road (Map 124 Parcel 14-0-R) Mashpee, MA. (Continued from August <br />14, 2013 Public Hearings). <br />Attorney Brian Wall representing the Lingamfelter's and has appeared in front of the Board <br />a third time. He stated at the last meeting there were questions regarding the scope of relief <br />needed for the boathouse and since received an email from Town Counsel indicating his <br />opinion that a variance is required. He agreed to withdraw the pending application and re- <br />file for the variance. He agreed to a withdrawal without prejudice. <br />Bill Blaisdell made a motion to accept the withdrawal without prejudice of the petition <br />submitted by the Lingamfelter's request for the Written Finding under Article V §174-17. <br />Richard Jodka second, yes, Votes: Ron Bonvie, yes, Jim Reiffarth, yes, and Dom DeBarros, <br />yes. All were in favor. <br />Mary Anne McGonagle, Trustee: Request a Variance under § 174-31 of the Zoning By- <br />laws (Land Space Requirement) and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §10 to vary the square foot <br />• requirements on property located in an R-5 Zoning District at 104 Pimlico Pond Road, <br />(Map 3 Parcel 1) Mashpee, MA. (Continued from August 28, 2013, But Not Heard). <br />
