Boole: 24895 Page: 120 <br /> William F. Hulbig, CEO <br /> 470 Main Street <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Map 27 Parcel 21 <br /> A Petition was filed on August 30, 2013 by William F. Hulbig, CEO of Mashpee <br /> 130 Shops, Inc. to request a Written Finding under Article VI §174-24-J (Land Use <br /> Regulations) of the Zoning By-laws to allow for a bakery business located in a C-3 Zoning <br /> District at 470 Main Street, Unit 2, (Map 27 Parcel 21), Mashpee, MA <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee,on September 6,2013 and September 13,2013 <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> On September 25, 2013 Public Hearings were held on this Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall at which time the following Board Members were present, Chairman,Jonathan <br /> D. Furbush, Vice Chairman,William A. Blaisdell, Cleric, Ronald S. Bonvie and Associate <br /> Member, Domingo K. DeBarros. Also present was Building Commissioner, Richard <br /> Morgan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provision of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> Mr. Hulbig, owner of the Mashpee 130 Shops, at 470 Main Street, Mashpee, MA <br /> issued a petition for his client Rebecca Piers, Sandcastle Bakery to allow for a bakery <br /> distribution business. <br /> On September 25, 2013, Mr. Hulbig, formally submitted a request for withdrawal <br /> without prejudice to the Zoning Board of Appeals on behalf of his client, Rebecca Piers, <br /> Sandcastle Bakery. <br /> 1 <br />
