Joia <br /> 49 Somerset Road (Map 16 Parcel 11) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> FINDING-2013-40 <br /> The Board evaluated the petitioner's request for a Written Finding under Section <br /> 174-17 and determined the shed is not considered a pre-existing non-conforming structure <br /> on a lot because it is stored on a trailer. Mr. Joia agreed to withdraw. <br /> In view of the foregoing,the Board voted unanimously to accept Petitioners,Arthur <br /> R. and Darlene E. Joia request for withdrawal of a Written Finding under Article V §174- <br /> 17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension <br /> or alteration of pre-existing, non-conforming structure to relocate a shed on property <br /> located in an R-5 Zoning District at 49 Somerset Road, (Map 16 Parcel 11),Mashpee,MA. <br /> 3 <br />
