Upon reviewing our <br /> client's proposal to include a single additional accessory structure within the existing <br /> residential community with the Building Inspector, Mr. Morgan has recommended that <br /> we seek approval for a minor plan change under Section 174-24(C)(9) of the Zoning <br /> Bylaw. Accordingly, we submit this request and respectfully ask that the Board consider <br /> and approve the minor plan change within its September 25 public meeting. <br /> In support of this request, we submit a copy of the 1974 Special Permit; the 1974 <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plan; an existing conditions site plan prepared by Tibbets <br /> Engineering; drawings prepared by the engineering firm of Wright-Pierce location of the <br /> proposed wastewater collection/disposal and location of the proposed control building <br /> and a Memorandum prepared by Wright-Peirce, dated August 28, 2013. Five copies of <br /> this submission are included for the Board members. <br /> Background <br /> On or about February 27, 1974, the Zoning Board approved the issuance of a <br /> Special Permit under Section 9.3 (Open Space, Multi-Family Development) of the then- <br /> existing Mashpee Zoning Bylaw (January 31, 1973), approving the multi-family housing <br /> development known as Mashpee Village.
