0 <br />0 <br />MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />OCTOBER 9, 2013 <br />MINUTES <br />Ericka stated the dimensional requirements needed don't implicate front setbacks, but <br />there's a height restriction and a side lot line setback of 1'5 feet and a minimum setback of <br />50 feet from wetland that was recently discovered. <br />Mr. Morgan stated the Building Department received a complaint from an abutter there <br />was construction during early morning hours. He stated the Town works with the DEP <br />noise regulations which is 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. <br />Erica stated when NSTAR files with the DEP they review all the environmental impacts <br />including noise and will set construction hours, construction limits and will get a list of <br />construction equipment that will be used and will condition NSTAR to comply in <br />accordance to DEP regulations. She will communicate with the Board of Selectmen stating <br />NSTAR met with the ZBA and discussed any concerns and has no opposition regarding <br />zoning relief. <br />The Board Members have no concerns. <br />Approve September 25, 2013 Meeting Minutes <br />Richard Jodka made a motion to approve September 25, 2013 Meeting Minutes, Bill <br />Blaisdell second, yes, Votes: Jonathan Furbush, yes, Mr. Reiffarth, yes, and Mr. DeBarros, <br />yes.
