These items are not on the agenda. , <br /> i r <br /> l <br /> Approval Not Required Plan Opened a 7:05 PM <br /> Applicant: Jean Hanlon/Perimeter Land Services <br /> i•, <br /> Location: 79 Paddock Way,Assessors Map 111,Block 8 <br /> Request: Endorsement of 2-Lot ANR plan <br /> Mr. Robert Sykes,Perimeter Land Services. The Dambrosiers(abutters)constructed a <br /> pool too close to the line for plumbing; the abutters have made an agreement with Mrs. <br /> Hanlon to convey a sliver of property 116 sq. ft. (about a foot wide). This is to.allow for <br /> the drain pumps. Mr. Dorgan noted that existing and property boundary lines are not <br /> shown. Mr. Sykes offered to and did point out the existing and property lines. Mr. Sykes <br /> thought it would confuse the land court to bring in a new bearing system.. Mr. Fudala s: <br /> indicated the applicant could request a waiver and the board could grant it. At this time, <br /> pP _ <br /> Mr. Sykes requested a waiver of that section-of the town regulations that the state plane <br /> bearing system stem be used and instead substitute the land court system of bearings currently <br /> .,:. <br /> in place.
