Furbush, Cleric, Ronald S. Bonvie, Board Member James Reiffarth and Richard Jodka, <br /> Associate Member,Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein. Also present was Building <br /> Commissioner, Richard Morgan. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provision of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §9 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> On November 13, 2013 a letter dated same was received by Attorney, Mark C. <br /> Gildea, requesting continuance for 45-days to allow time for issues raised by the Board of <br /> Health regarding the operations of the facility and the requirements for commercial <br /> properties. The Zoning Board of Appeals requested a second letter of continuance until <br /> January 8, 2014 hearings because there was only one scheduled meeting left in the year. A <br /> letter dated November 20, 2013 was received by Attorney Gildea and accepted by the <br /> Board to be heard at the meeting dated January 8, 2014. <br /> On January 8, 2014 Public Hearings were held on this Petition at which time the <br /> following Board members were present: Jonathan D. Furbush,William A. Blaisdell,James <br /> Reiffarth, Richard Jodka, Associate Members Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein <br /> were present. Building Commissioner Richard E.
