Cleary, <br /> requesting a Written Finding under Article V §174-17 of the Zoning By-laws and M.G.L. <br /> Chapter 40A §6 concerning continuance, extension or alteration of a pre-existing, non- <br /> conforming structure to raze and replace a dwelling on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District at 16 Spoondrift Way, (Map 111 Parcel 121 Extension 0-R), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on October 25, 2013 and November 1, 2013 <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> On November 13, 2013, Public Hearings were held on the Petition at the Mashpee <br /> Town Hall at which time the following members of the Board were present and acting <br /> throughout; Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members, Ronald Bonvie, James <br /> Reiffarth, and Richard Jodka, Associate Members, Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott <br /> Goldstein, and Building Commissioner,Richard E. Morgan. <br /> The Board requested a continuance of the Petition pending filing with the <br /> Conservation Department and Board of Health. <br /> On December 11, 2013, Public Hearings were held at the Mashpee Town Hall at <br /> which time the following members of the Board were present and acting throughout; <br /> Chairman,Jonathan D. Furbush,Vice Chairman,William A. Blaisdell,Associate Members <br /> Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein were present. Building Commissioner Richard <br /> E.
