Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> , <br /> February 9, 2004 <br /> APPOINTMENTS ANDHEARINGS: <br /> Public Hearin —Eastern Pro wie—Aboveground Propane Stora <br /> Selectman reveille opened the Public Hearing on the application of Stan <br /> Shaevitz, Eastern Propane, for a Temporary Aboveground Propane <br /> Storage 'dank 3000 gallons) located at 650 Falmouth Road, Mashpee. <br /> Joyce Mason, Town Administrator read aloud the Public eag notice ce <br /> published. Mr. Shaevitz was in attendance to discuss the temporary <br /> storage of propane fluid to serve as temporary heat for the Roche Bros. <br /> store at the subject site location. <br /> It was noted that the Fire Chief signed-off on the license application, Mr. <br /> Shaevitz requested a six month temporary permit. <br /> Being no comment,the Board motioned to close the Public Hearing, <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahal ne to close the Public Hearn, <br /> Motion econ a by Selectman Green. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 4-0. <br /> .Lotion made by Selectman Caalane to approve the application of <br /> Stan Shaevitz,Eastern Propane, for a Temporary Months) <br /> Aboveground Propane Storage Tank 3000 gallons) located at 650 <br /> Falmouth Road,Mashpee. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Taylor. <br /> VOTE: 'Unanimous. 4- . <br />
