The applicant shall bear the burden <br /> of proof when questions exist about the proposal's contribution to environmental damage. <br /> History: Amended 5-4-1987 STM, Article 12, approved by Attorney General 8-17-1987. The applicant will be required to reapply with the Zoning Board of Appeals to if <br /> requesting a dock, stairs, pier, ramp and float. <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined the Petitioner met the criteria for a <br /> Special Permit. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public Hearings on <br /> Wednesday, January 8, 2014, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant a <br /> Special Permit to allow for the proposal of a wooden walkway on property located in an <br /> R-3 Zoning District at 266 Monomoscoy Road(Map 120 Parcel 57B),Mashpee,MA.
