Town q f Nfashpee <br /> 16 Great -&ad A'�rlh <br /> lb'lashpce,Nlassachusetts 02649 <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> DECISION FOR A VARIANCE <br /> V-2013-62 <br /> Katharine Lingamfelter and Certificate of Title: 127233 <br /> Brown Lingamfelter Lots #: 1 &2 <br /> 65 Seconsett Point Road Plane#8224-B <br /> (Map 124 Parcel 104-0-R) <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> On November 8,2013 a Petition was filed by Katharine F. and Brown Lingamfelter: <br /> requesting a requesting a Variance from the requirements of§174-31 of the Zoning By- <br /> laws regarding Fire Protection/ roadway access requirements to allow for construction of <br /> a 35 foot by 60 foot boathouse with two bedrooms on property located in an R-3 Zoning <br /> District at 65 Seconsett Point Road, (Map 124 Parcel 14-0-R), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A.Notice was given by publication in The Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, on November 22, 2013 and November 29, <br /> 2013 a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals issues this Decision pursuant to the <br /> provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A §10 and the Town of Mashpee <br /> Zoning By-laws. <br /> On Wednesday, December 11, 2013, Public Hearings were held on the Petition at <br /> the Mashpee Town Hall at which time the following Board members were present and <br /> acting throughout Jonathan D. Furbush, Chairman, William A. Blaisdell, Vice Chairman, <br /> Associate Members, Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein. Also present was <br /> Building Commissioner, Richard Morgan. <br /> Attorney Brian Wall submitted a formal letter dated December 9, 2013 requesting <br /> a continuance until Wednesday, January 22, 2014. The Board accepted the request and <br /> approved the letter at the December 11, 2013 hearings. <br /> On Wednesday, January 22, 2014, a Public Hearing was held on the Petition at the <br /> Mashpee Town Hall at which time the following Board members were present and acting <br /> throughout, Vice Chainman, William A. Blaisdell, Board Members, Ronald Bonvie, <br /> Richard Jodka, and Associate Members Domingo K. DeBarros and Scott Goldstein were <br /> present. Chairman, Jonathan Furbush, and Board Member, James Reiffarth were absent. <br /> 1 <br />
