All voted unanimously. <br /> May 2015 Proposed Zoning Articles-Mr. Fudala reported that the bylaw changes were a <br /> result of a recent meeting with town officials regarding interest from a micro-brewery to locate <br /> to Mshpee. One,of the properties under consideration is the `Flue"property,but the prior <br /> non-confirming use had lapsed. The brewery has..decided against the property but it.was thought <br /> that the property should still be rezoned. C-2 uses include restaurants, retail, bed &breakfast, <br /> non-profit, nursery school, etc., such as the Botelho's area. Ms. waygan noted that the lot <br /> behind the parcel offered a mice recreational area and would be well-suited for another restaurant <br /> or appropriate.retail operation. <br /> MOTION: Mr.Ba arini made a motion to submit the change to C-2 Commercial Zone <br /> from an �- . ?4r. Kooharian seconded,the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Mr. Fudala ffirther explained that there currently- eras no provisionfOTa microbrewery or <br /> pub brewery in l ashpee. l&. Fudala created the definition based on the State regulations. Mr. <br /> Fudala explained that the pub brewery was.more like a restaurant where beer was produced with <br /> more than 2 % of the product being sold on site. 'The mierobrewery, however, would be a larger - <br /> facility with up-to 15,000 gallons per year,but could include other uses, such as a restaurant. <br /> The Town has expressed interest in attracting this business -it has become a draw for tourists in <br /> other parts of thecountry.- Bourne and Fahnouth are the other locations being considered for this <br /> particular brewer. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarftld* made a motion to submit the article for pub breweries and <br /> microbreweries. Mr. Kooharian seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> . - ZBA Request for Comments on 2 Habitat for Humanity 40B Houses-llashpee has <br /> given land to Habit t for Hu anity and requests in the amount.of S 3 5,000 per home had been <br /> requested from the CPC to be considered at May Town Meeting. Vice-Chair Wa n's only <br /> comment was to ensure that access ways were paved. Mr. Fudala confirmed that access had , <br /> been approved by the Fire Department. The Vice-Chair stated that the.CPC had requested a 12 <br /> foot pavement with 2 foot shoulder. Mr. Rowley'stated that he wanted to ensure that the Fire <br /> Department had signed off on the access. The Nice-Chair-asked that the ZBA be sent the <br /> i comment-that the Quinaquisset hone plan dated January 8,, 20-1 , with the note 12 foot pavement. <br /> with 2 foot shoulder, be part of the plan as approved by the ZBA. <br /> MOTION: 11►'.ir.
