Mashpee Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Needing <br /> April 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> quoit Meeting born,.Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Approved 1 1 <br /> Planning Board Members Present: Mmy waygan, Dennis l rini, David I ooharian, ,doe <br /> Cummings <br /> Also Present: Tom Fudala-Town Planner, Charles Rowley-Consultant Engineer <br /> Absent: Chairman George Petersen, Robert Hansen <br /> CALL To ORDER <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning board meeting was opened with a quorum in the Waquoit <br /> Meeting Room at Mashpee Town Mall by Vice-Chair Waygan at 7:05 p.m. on Wednesday, April <br /> 1, 201.5 and the Fledge of Allegiance was recited. <br /> APPROVAL of TES—March 4, 2015 <br /> MOTION: Mr. Bal arini made a motion to approve the minutes as presented for March 4. <br /> Mr. I ooh r ian seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC BEARINGS <br /> 7:10 Rearing under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section <br /> to consider the following amendments to the-Mashpee Zoning By-lays submitted for the <br /> May 4, 2015 Town Meting: <br /> 1. An article amending the zoning neap to include those parcels shown on the <br /> 2014 Mashpee Assessors' Maps as Map 27, Block 46 and Map 211, Block <br /> within the C-2 Commercial zoning district <br /> 2. An article amending the zoning bylaw to aflow pub breweries or"breve <br /> pubs' and rnicrobreweries in certain zoning districts by Special Permit <br /> Vice Chair Waygan opened the public hearing and read for the record the public hearing nonce. <br /> There was no public comment. Mr. lalarini stated that he thought the proposed bylaw <br /> amendment was a good idea and llrlr. Kooharian geed that it would be a good business to allover <br /> in Mashpee. <br /> MOTION: Mr. Balzarini made a motion to close the public hearing. Mr. Kooharlan <br /> seconded the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: fir. Kooharian made a motion to recommend both amendments to the <br /> Mashpee Zoning Bylaw as presented to the Mashpee Board of Selectmen and 'Town <br /> Meeting. Mr. B l arini seconded the motion.
