References were made to `Town of Mashpee Draft Rules and Regulation <br /> Governing the Subdivision ofLard Updated From The 1982 Edition By The Mashpee <br /> Planning Board,Updated To February 9, 010". <br /> Page 1, Section I —Amended to read "Procedure For Submission of Approval <br /> Not Required' cans" rather than Flan Procedures. <br /> Page 2, Streets---Definitions for Conunercial, Industrial, and Other have been <br /> added. <br /> The Town Planner suggested that he discuss the roadway classification systems <br /> with Mr. Rowley for consistency with regard to information adopted within the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. He also made reference to the "Smart Code Manual" especially <br /> with reference to Mashpee Commons, by way of.inforrnation and options for the Board, <br /> not necessarily to adopt into the Regulations. <br /> With reference to the definition of"Other", II,r1r. Rowley used the example that in <br /> the event a plan is submitted with frontage on an old road, not an approved subdivision <br /> road but one that has been in Town for a long period of time, for approval from the <br /> Planning Board with regard to construction and grade suitability for the road purpose. <br /> Page 3, Town Engineer--Definition has been amended to read `...acting on <br /> behalf of the Town of Mashpee". <br /> Added Definition wetland —"'Any inland or coastal land defined as a wetland or <br /> resource area including riverfront area and flood plains under Chapter 13 1, Section o <br /> (3 1 OCMR 10 and the most recent rules and regulations of the Mashpee Conservation <br /> Commission.' <br /> Section IV—flan Procedures.#2 added language, `This provision applies to all <br /> plans including plans submitted a "Approval N t Required'plans, Preliminary <br /> Subdivision Plans, or Definitive Subdivision Plans. <br /> B. 1. b. "A variance has been obtained from the Zoning Board of Appeak and <br /> waiver obtained from the Planning Board." <br /> B. I. c. The plan contains a statement as follows: "No determination as to <br /> compliance with zoning requirements has been made or intended by this endorsement <br /> under MGL Chapter 4 1, Section 8.1 L". <br /> The Town Planner suggested the following language: Form N—"Said person <br /> shall file, by registered mail, or request the Board to file a Form N notice.signed by an <br /> authorized member of the Planning Board filed with the Town Clerk stating the date is <br /> sufficient for such determination and accompanied by a copy of saidapplication." <br /> 3 <br />
