Board Items -Discussion Board of Selectmen's Request for Approval of Subdivision Regulation The Town Planner explained that the Board of Selectmen.is requesting approval of the Subdivision regulations amendments prior to the expiration of t Planning Board Member terms and in connection with T wn of Ma tepee acceptance of certain Town road takings. It is being suggested tht}the Town Planner, Consulting Engineer, and DPW Director prepare a set of Regulation Amendments for consideration at a Public Hearing. The Chairman entertained a notion to schedule a Public Hearing in this regard. MOTION: Dennis l al�ni made a Motion to chedule a Public Nearing'for consideration of approval of Subdivision Regulation Amendments on May , 2010 at :10 p.m.; which Notion was.duly seconded by John Cotton and so voted unanimously. Comprehensive Plan Survey The Town Planner reported that the survey submissions have been officially closed. All paper.surveys have been collected from various Town locations, and data has been entered into the computer program. However, the Town websit survey-remains available for one more day. Approximately 685 surveys were submitted. Status—Mashpee Commons Development Agreement The Town Planner reported that-the Cape Cod Cnmission Staff i.s anxious to settle the matter of ITE land use categories with reference to the traffic study. They plan to address this matter by scheduling-a meeting next week. Environmental Oversight Committee Mary Waygan reported the Committee will meet on April , 2010 at :00 p.m. The public is.invited and encouraged to attend. A draft Deport on the S n uit Pond Diagnostic Study by has been submitted by ACM, who Will be present. Water quality issues and solutions will be addressed.
