Town of Mas pee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> April 21, 201 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board-Meeting-was called to order.in Conference <br /> Room #1 Mashpee Town lull, 16 Great Neck Road North, l lash ee, Massachusetts at <br /> 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Apr'l 21, 2010. The Chairman presided. <br /> P1andmg Board Members present. Dennis l al arini, ice-Chairman; Joseph <br /> Mullin, Clerk; Thomas O'Hara, Chairman; and Mary waygan. <br /> Absent: James Leonard; and John Cotton, Associate Member. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas F'udala, Town Planner 7:10 p.m.); Thomas Mayo, GIS <br /> Coordinator; Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer 7:10 p.m.); and Selectman Mi hael <br /> lichardson, Liaison. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> February 17, 2010 <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to-approve the Minute s of the <br /> February 17, 20 10 Planning Board Meeting as submitted; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Joseph Mullin and so voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> Report#--Environmental Oversight Committee <br /> Mary waygan reported on the April nviror-mental Oversight Corrmn ittee <br /> meeting, stating that Doug Storrs was in attendance and made a presentation on the East <br /> Steeple Street and North Market Street projects. <br /> The Committee made the following comments: A need for space for children in <br /> each of the neighborhoods; quality open space to be set aside throughout the project; the <br /> possibility of open space being preserved around Trout Pond; and they would life.more <br /> information regarding storm water management and nutrient control for the project. <br /> Mr. Storrs will return to the Committee in order to provide further information <br /> and details about stormwater and nutrient control. <br /> 1 <br />
