MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Carol MacRae <br /> 14 Michelle Lane <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> V-2012-24 <br /> In view of the foregoing, the Board determined that the Petitioner met the criteria <br /> for grant of Variance relief. Upon motion duly made and seconded at the Public <br /> Hearings on May 23, 2012, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously to grant the <br /> following: <br /> • A Variance of 15 feet from the rear setback requirements on the northeast side of <br /> the subject property. <br /> • A Variance of 15 feet from the rear setback requirements on the southeast side of <br /> the subject property. <br /> This Decision is conditioned upon compliance with the following: <br /> • Board of Health restrictions: No plumbing or heat shall be permitted to service the <br /> pool house. <br /> • In addition to shrubs and other low-lying vegetation, landscaping plans will <br /> include Arborvitae (or other trees similar in nature) which shall be at least seven <br /> feet tall.
