A Certified <br />Copy may be obtained from the Town Clerk the next <br />business day after the expiration of the 20 -day. Appeal <br />phase, which lasts through August 5, 2012 <br />Special Permits shall lapse two years after date of grant. <br />Appeals shall lapse one year after date of grant. If the <br />rights authorized by a Variance are not exercised within <br />one year of date of grant of such Variance, such rights shall <br />lapse unless: (1) substantial .use or 'construction has <br />commenced, or (2) a Petition for a six-month extension has <br />'been filed prior to the expiration date, or (3) the prope)ty <br />that is the subject of the Variance has been conveyed in <br />reliance on said Variance prior to the expiration date of <br />such one year period.
