The pre-existing, non -conforming dwelling is currently located within the <br />setback to the water and wetlands and encroaches into the front setback requirements. In <br />view of the foregoing, the Board determined that Variance relief is not necessary to allow <br />for the proposal. Attorney Kirrane requested a Withdrawal Without Prejudice of the <br />Petition for a Variance. Mr. Bonvie made a motion to accept the rs. Mruest. r. Bs <br />es�Mrl <br />seconded the motion.
