A Petition for a Minor Modification to an existing Comprehensive Permit under <br /> M.G.L. Chapter 40B was filed with the Town Clerk and received by the Mashpee <br /> Zoning Board of Appeals (the Board) on July 17, 2012 (the Petition). <br /> 2. Notice was duly given to abutters. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Mashpee Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee, <br /> on August 3, and August 10, 2012, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br /> part hereof. <br /> 3. The Board's hearing on the Petition was opened on August 22, 2012. After <br /> deliberation, the Board also closed the hearing on August 22, 2012. The <br /> following members of the Board were present and acting throughout: Board <br /> Members Jonathan D. Furbush, William A. Blaisdell, Ronald S. Bonvie, James <br /> Reiffarth, and Judith M. Horton. <br /> 4. During the public hearing, the Petition was represented by Attorney Andrew <br /> Singer, Housing Assistance Corporation Project Manager Adrienne Danner, and <br /> Mashpee Housing Authority Executive Director Leila Botsford. <br /> 5. The 1987 Special Permit SP-87-06-060 is attached as Exhibit A. <br /> 6. The Petitioner has requested deletion of the first paragraph of the 1987 Special <br /> Permit and replacement with the following paragraph: <br />
