Mr. Petersen questioned the status of the traffic study scope. Mr. Fudala reported that more 'Information was <br /> requested by Glen Cannon from the Commission regarding the internal trip projections but the matrix was never <br /> received. It was suggested that the Town should have a traffic consultant review the plan prior to approving the <br /> scope and the Char questioned whetbr the agreement with Mashpee Cnxons included Planning Board <br /> approval of the traffic scope of work. Mr. Fudala,responded that the agreement requires approval from the <br /> Cape Cod Commission. Nor. Petersen stated that concerns should be forwarded to the Commission but Mr. <br /> Fudala responded that concerns were forwarded and were not addressed by the traffic consultant. Mr. Petersen <br /> noted that.the cover letter suggests that the scope has addressed the concerns. The Chair requested Board <br /> members review the scope over the next week fording comments to Mr. Fudala and that Mr. Fudala contact <br /> Mr. Cannon to withhold approval u.n d the Board assembles and submits its c m ents about the scope. The <br /> Chair questioned inclusion of the rM calculations and Mr. Fudala sued that the information was requested by <br /> Mr. Cannon and not received. Board members also questioned the status on previously discussed intersections, <br /> but not all intersections were included. <br /> Chairman waygan suggested that the-Planning Board's scope of work be completed prior to forwarding the <br /> P to the short list of consuftwits. Board members discussed BSC and Aben Associates as consulting firm <br /> options and heir ability to address all areas needed by the Board. Chairman waygan summarized that the applicant initially presented <br /> the 40B project.in foreclosure to the Ping Board in the spring. The applicant requested that it be used as <br /> commercial instead of residential. The 800 foot long driveway is adjacent to another commercial subdivision. <br /> The Fire Department approved the project and the P uong B aird requested sp=W requirements for the <br /> opening. The project was initially com ercial and indusuW with 40B looted at the back of the property. Mr. <br /> Fudala has the new appliir4 the referral from the Cape Cod Commission and the request to waive fees since <br /> they were-initially paid during the first application- <br /> MOTION! Mr. Ba rini made a motion to waiver the fees for the subd ion. Mr.Mullin seconded the <br /> motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> Mr. Fudala then stated that a waiver regarding the 800 foot driveway would be negcesmuy. Mr. Petersen <br /> requested clarification on the original comments to the application. Chairman Waygan responded that the <br /> changes were regarding the width of the road and the enwmce. Mr. Petersen questioned whether the comments <br /> were addressed in order to inform the Cape Cod Commission. The Char remembered that the motion included <br /> conditions. Mr. Fudala added that the conditions were included in the waiver and were based on Charles <br /> l o ley's letter. Mr. Fudala noted that no new plan has been submitted. <br /> The Chair requested that a new plan be submitted incouporating the conditions agreed to in May. Mr. Fudala <br /> confirmed that a motion was made wapprove the waiver of the subdivision regulations, section -7, regarding <br /> the maximum length of a dead end street subject t -written confirmation from the Fire Chief regarding <br /> sufficient access to the property and that the roadway be vridened 26 feet with 4 foot reinforced shoulders <br /> satisfactory to the Fire Chief and vision widening of the may to Route 130.
