Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> January 17, 2007 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called <br /> to order in Conference Room 1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great <br /> Neck Road worth, Mashpee, Ma-ssachusetts at : 0 p.m. <br /> Wednesday, January 17, 2007 . <br /> Planning Board Members present : Dennis Balarini, <br /> Vice-Chairman; Harvey Cohen, Associate Member; Lee Gurney, <br /> Clerk; John Halachis: Beverly Kane, Chairman; a-nd M.yrna <br /> Huey. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Thomas <br /> Mayo, Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, <br /> Con-sulting Engineer. <br /> quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting <br /> to order. As the first order of business she addressed the <br /> matter of Approval Not Required. <br /> Approval Not Required <br /> Raymond C. and Gail S. Lopes <br /> (owner Laurence iadeia) - 27 Melissa Avenue <br /> Approval of Two Lot Plan <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order 'and <br /> recognized the Applicant, Raymond and Gail Lopes, +who <br /> provided a plan of land entitled, "'Plan of Land Prepared <br /> f .r Gail and Raymond Lopes, of 27 Melissa Avenue, Mahpee, <br /> MA, by J. E. Landers-Caul.ey, P.E. , slated 01 0 07 . <br /> The Town Planner noted that one of the lots is <br /> undersized, however both lots have the required minimum <br /> frontage . The Board decision is whether or not Melissa <br /> Avenue (which is a dirt road) provides adequate access to <br /> both lots . <br /> The Town Planner also noted that the building permits <br /> would require a variance from the Fire Access Bylaw, <br /> through the Zoning Board of Appeals . <br /> There was brief review of the plan and discussion <br /> regarding road main ena ce/adequacy.
